A yearbook dedication is a photo and short message of love and support from families to their HMM student(s).  This is a sweet way to give your child(ren) a little SHOUT OUT to commemorate a fantastic school year! 

There are two simple steps by the May 5th deadline: 1) Please submit all dedications (digital photo & message) to hmmyearbookclub@gmail.com with your student's name in the subject line.  2) All yearbook dedication payments should be made via CheddarUp - https://hmm-yearbook-dedication-2017.cheddarup.com.  Dedications and payment ($6) must be received prior to the deadline (May 5th) in order to be included in the yearbook.  Dedications without payment will NOT be included in the yearbook.

Time to order a personalized yearbook dedication!  Each year pages are reserved in the HMM yearbook for families to share a photo and a special message for their HMM student(s).  These yearbook dedications are a way for you give your HMM student(s) a SHOUT OUT and let them know how proud of them you are.  Each dedication is $5.  All dedications (digital photo and message) must be received by May 1, 2016 in order to be included in the yearbook.
