The Highland Mill Montessori PTA works to strengthen and enhance the educational and social environment of our school. Our goals are to complement the school's curriculum with more opportunities for parents, teachers and students to learn, socialize and grow. Together we make a difference for our school and our students.

What We Do

- Special Events: We host a variety of special events throughout the school year, like trunk or treat, spirit nights and family appreciation breakfast.
- PTA Enrichment Program (PEP): We offer before and after school classes in specialty areas like yoga, robotics, gardening and many others through the PEP program.

- Fundraising: We raise money to supplement classroom supplies and fund "staffulty" appreciation days and our special events throughout the year. Our main fundraising activities are:      
- Fall Impact Drive
​- Shopping giveback programs
​- Spring Fun Run
- Spirit Wear drives and Spirit Rock: We conduct Spirit Wear drives several times per year offering Highland Mill Montessori shirts, jackets and other items for sale. We also organize use of the Spirit Rock to celebrate student birthdays and other milestones.
